How to Configure Marriage Leave outside of Calendar plan term

edited Oct 10, 2023 4:07AM in Workforce Management 1 comment

Hi,

I need to configure the Absence plan/type for the event - 'Marraige Leave'. From my knowledge, All of the Absence plan/types 's Plan term are anniversary or Calendar year which means next year leave balance will be created back to the worker.

In my case, Marriage leave will be 8 days. If the Workers applies the leave on 26-Dec-2023, worker can apply for 5 days in the year (27-Dec to 31-Dec). Again in the next year, 8 days of Marriage leave will be created , if we chose plan term as Anniversary/Calendar Year.

My business scenario will be 'If the worker apply the 8 days leave as Marriage leave, the worker should not eligible for this plan no longer and also, plan term should not be Calendar year means worker can apply from 28th Dec current year to 4th Jan of next year.

Howdy, Stranger!
