Remove Privilege from Custom Roles

The Requirement is to Remove a Privilege from more than 100 Custom roles. Is there a way to remove them by minimizing the manual way? like HDL or a Rest API

I have a Privilege which needs to be deleted from many custom roles which will consume a lot of time if we go with manual approach. Hence trying to weigh if there is an efficient way to handle it.
