Hi FCC community

I am using ODR with Groovy Script selection to kickoff a Data Pipeline. The RTP is irrelevant for what I am doing and do not want that to pop up when the ODR is launched. Ironically it doesn't pop up when launched as a Service Administrator however pops up when launched as a Power User. Does anybody know how to suppress this RTP? I have checked for "Is Hidden", and also have mentioned Override values but no luck for Power Users. The ODR is launched from the Rules interface (not attached to a form)
