SSO AD certificate expirty

We have implemented SSO with Oracle PCMCS (gen2 pods) on IDCS with Azure AD, and its working successfully.

Wanted to understand, what if the SSO certificates expire at Azure AD end / EPM end?

What is the process to fix such issues?

Do they expire at AD end? or EPM ? or both?
