We have a requirement from Client for the possibility to add Claims and Disputes in Enterprise Contract
In Enterprise Contract, is there any standard field where we can update and maintain "Claims and Disputes" and same can sent to customer from supplier through "Supplier Portal" or customer can send to supplier.
Claims: A claim can be defined as a request for additional financial compensation and/or a request for a time extension.
Disputes: If there is a dispute in quantity/amount in a contract. And the approval of an adjustment is based on the approval limit given to the submitter.
