How to get Changed Account from sales cloud opportunity to Oracle CPQ

We are getting account details from Sale Cloud Opportunity to Oracle CPQ. This informaiton will flow through auto fill action. As per the business scenerio Opportunity account may change , user may tag new account on opportunity . It may be happen after quote moved to some steps also.

How new account information can flow to quote. Customer Id (_customer_id) and other customer related fields should be update with new account. As auto fill is running only when new quote is created. Can we call auto fill on actions like open transaction.? what should be the best approach so that we can have correct account from opportunity on the CPQ Quote.
