Quarterly Update Feature Listing and Maintenance Pack Documenation

How can we know what maintenance pack items are included in the Cloud-apps-feature-listing listing?

For example, what maintenance pack items are included by default in the 23D release?  Is the 23D Quarterly Key Bug Fixes in Doc ID 22816277.1 included? What about the Weekly Maintenance Packs (CWB) – of course we can’t assume 23D CWB or 23D Monthly Maintenance Packs if we have not subscribed to the Weekly/Monthly Maintenance cycle but what about the 23C CWB and Monthly Maintenance Packs – since these are on the previous 23C Quarterly Update can we assume these are already included in the Cloud-apps-feature-listing listing.
