Task completion for partial picked picks

Summary:

There is a business scenario where Noncubed Active Picking Task has 3 picks as

Pick 1 item 1 Qty 10

Pick 2 Item 2 Qty 6

Pick 3 Item 3 Qty 15

Now while picking there is a need to partial pick the item 2 for 5 Qty and further pick Item 3 for 15 Qty, close the OBLPN and enter the drop location. Right now once we pick item 2 for 5 Qty RF asks to pick remaining 1 Qty. If I select Skip Item option RF allows me to pick other items (Item 3).

Then it again asks me to pick Item 2 remaining 1 Qty.

If I close the OBLPN RF asks for another OBLPN to pick remaining Qty of Item 2. It is not prompting me for Drop location.
