I need answers on below CPQ architecture related questions. Appreciate a prompt response.

  1. CPQ Uptime and availability SLOs
  2. CPQ Performance benchmarking in terms of load and concurrency (considering 4000 quotes per month with 20 state transitions)
  3. How is the monitoring and observability within CPQ? Can it generate a correlation ID and send it to us for end-to-end traceability?
  4. What is the timeout value in CPQ?
  5. What happens when CPQ is not responding? Is there any stale process concept in CPQ?
  6. Other NFR considerations
