23D Release - Will the administrator's experience be fully on REDWOOD?

Hi all,

with the release of the new 23D, can you confirm that the Administrator Experience will be fully on Redwood?

I see on readiness that there will be substantial changes for CLASSES, INSTRUCTORS, TRAINING SUPPLIERS, and the new PRINT ACTION feature.

However, I would like to understand: the Administrator Experience will be the same as 23C (except for the above items) and then COURSES, OFFERINGS, SPECIALIZATIONS and CONTENTS will continue to be managed NOT on Redwood?
