audit report for approval group changes

Summary:

The audit log generated by Tools>Audit Reports is not rendering information based on the changes we make in the system, despite previously enabling logging on nearly all of our products and product elements. We recently made a change to our approval group and the audit log report is empty. This is a key component that allows us to make changes in our system and validate them against the approved request for SOX compliance. In this case we need to know what changes the user made on a specific date. We are running this wide open.
