How to create Supplier Site Automatically when Supplier creates a new Address from Supplier Portal?

When Suppliers are updating and adding sites to the portal, a site is not defined or created which is causing issues in PO creation and payables issues in downstream. Is there any way we can create Supplier Site Automatically when Supplier creates a new Address from Supplier Portal?
