How to resubmit resolution request event from CDM

Hi,

We have CDM (OSC) connected to OIC and we have subscribed to "Resolution Request Business Event" from CDM.

So when ever merge happens in CDM, OIC will receive the merge related info in OIC via this subscription and we send the merge results to other systems like Oracle service cloud.

Recently for one of the Merge we did in CDM, the event dint reach OIC due to some issue.

Is there is a way to resubmit this "Resolution Request" event alone from CDM, so that it reaches OIC again.

I raised an SR already (3-34513614381) and looks like there is no solution to this. Is there any way we could achieve this ?
