Attach Shipping Documents to Shipment

Summary:

the system kicks off a series of ESS jobs:

- Apply Document Job Set Rules and Output Preferences

- Ship Confirm Documents

   - Print Packing Slip Report

   - Print Bill of Lading Report

- Attach Shipping Documents to Shipment

All of these jobs are submitted to ESS at the same time. But the last job (Attach Shipping Documents to Shipment) runs 2 minutes after the other jobs. The issue is that the other jobs all complete in under 30 seconds. Is it possible for us (through configurations) to have the "Attach Shipping Documents to Shipment" run a little earlier?
