We recently tested a new feature that allows the preparer to post journals even before the approver approves them. However, we've encountered some challenges in extracting meaningful value from this feature.

Our observations indicate that, even if the approver rejects a journal, it remains permanently stored in the ERP system. Consequently, the next batch of journals is processed for posting, irrespective of whether the approver in EPM EJ rejected them for any reason. This could potentially render the approver's actions futile, as the journal is not removed from the ERP system.
