Obtain IP Range for allow list purposes of OCC SSE server

We would like to import our logs from OCC into our Enterprise Splunk Database to leverage our Company standards for analyzing data for monitoring purposes.

Today the only way to get lots from SSE are from the Log endpoints which provide either a zip of the entire day, or the tailLogs which only provide the last 10 or so log entries. This is inadequate as we're unable to import these on a cadence to get the entire picture with an SLA of 5 minutes for our requirements.
