Summary:

After submitting a "Purchase Reauisition" and before creating a "Supplier Negotiation", I would like to display "Note to buyer" using OTBI Report.

In our customer's business, after submitting a "Purchase Reauisition", a "Supplier Negotiation" is create for the Supplier.

What we would like to do is to display a "Note to buyer" using an OTBI Report before creating "Supplier Negotiation".

In SR , the following answer was given regarding how to display "Note to buyer".
