Is there any functionality in Oracle that could accomplish all of the following request, or part of the request listed below.
Our HR Department would like to have our Oracle system send out an automated Email to Employees to validate their address to ensure they receive their Tax Information, Benefit Information, and other important Employee related Documentation. Additionally, would like to see the email automated notice include the employees current home address to validate.
Is this possible? An automated email from Oracle asking Employees to Validate their address? An Automated email from Oracle asking Employees to Validate their Address and include their current address in Oracle in the body of the automated email?
