Summary:

We are getting the below Issue when trying to Create New Application, Importing an Application and create Version for existing application in VBCS.

[ECID Headers: Not present] : 

Your Visual Application is not properly configured in Identity Cloud Service and some application features may not work correctly.

 You may try to re-configure the Visual Application in IDCS.

This issue is started from yesterday. We could see IDCS is upgraded to Identity Domain.
