ReadFileInSegment not working for TCC extract files

Summary: I am trying to use READ FILE IN SEGMENT for attached file. but It's keep running for a long time. Is it some product bug ?? We are using OIC Gen 2.

This is sample TALEO extract where last col (DFileContent) is the content of a file in base64gzip format. Where first 4 rows are .txt, 5th one .docx, 6th one .pdf. I am supposed to read the file and need to work with DFileContent mentioned above. Same is working fine in READ FILE but not working in READ FILE IN SEGMENT. In ideal scenario size would be 10MB+ hence we are taking this approach. Attaching a sample file for reference.
