Version: Oracle Fusion Cloud 23C

My oracle customer need (due SOX requeriment) to enable comprehensive logging of user activities within the application. How to see clearly all the loggings of user activities in Fusion , I mean,he need visibility of logs " how to capture all users actions performed and timestamps". (and ensure that this logs cannot be modified and are stored securely.)

Days ago I found in Module "Oracle Fusion Cloud Risk Management and Compliance" (Oracle Cloud Risk Management and Compliance) a function called:

"Advanced transaction analysis", do you know if this function capture all users actions performed and Timestamps? or what this function capture ? What is his function? Do you thinks this helps my need?
