General Ledger - Balance Real Time OTBI Report Issue

Summary:

We have used below columns in the report, it is not giving the data with below combination.

"Natural Account Segment"."Natural Account Segment Code"

"Natural Account Segment"."Natural Account Segment Description"

"Sub Analysis"."Segment Description"

"Sub Analysis"."Segment Code"

"Balances"."Ending Balance".

We can see the data in Natural Code, Natural Code Segment but we can see the null values in Sub Analys Code, Sub analysis Description.
