Hi,

When running the "Budgetary Control Analysis Report", I am struggling to work out how the report calculates the Expenditure Balance value.

Here is sample output for a project:

That shows Project Expenditure is £100,468.06.

When raising a transaction against a Project, and Funds Check is run - e.g. raise a £500 requisition, the Budget values agree with the values returned by the Budgetary Control Analysis Report:

However - if I go to Manage Project Costs for the Project and export the results to Excel and Pivot on some of the exported data's columns, I see:
