Do we have report which gives user is present in which approval workflows

Summary:

We are searching for report which we can run by user name and the report should gives us details in which workflow approval user is present. Eg: PO , Req, Invoice, Journal etc

Suppose any employee leaves the organization , then we need to replace him by another user. Hence we want a report which can give details of workflow and we can go ahead and make necessary changes,

We have several clients who are requesting this report now. Please let me know how others are managing it
