Limit direct login for integration users

Description (Required): For a lot of the integrations Oracle usually creates one integration account IntegrationUser. This user gets roles and privileges to do a lot of things, including usually BI so you can fetch data for your integrations. When you have access to BI you have access to all data.

This user however can also login to the SaaS directly and has too many privileges.

We want to be able to make a distinction between integration system accounts and regular users and make sure integration system accounts cannot enter the application through the "main gate" so to speak.
