Getting 504 Gateway Time-out Error on OCI

Summary: We are calling an OCI rest webservice that can take up to 20 seconds. Although the OCI service seems to finish okay with status Success, our backend receives a 504 Gateway Timeout. I'm trying to figure out whether OCI produces the timeout or it's the gateway from the calling server ..

I tried to find these settings as described in the solution

1. In the upper left corner of the OCI Console, click on the three horizontal bars. (sometimes referred to as the "Hamburger Menu")
