Disable, Inactivate or Hide Dynamic skills section contect

Summary:

Upon release of the 23D upgrade, we noticed a new content section named "Dynamic skills" that seems to relate to Oracle AI Apps. However, besides testing purposes when it was released in our POD, is there a way to effectively hide/inactivate the generated content section in the Model Profile object or the Talent Profile?

Apart from the requirement of the POD to be in the English language to leverage most of this new feature, our client requested us to Inactivate it or Disable it, but we don't seem to find a way to do it like a normal content section (Checking off the "Active" box, in this case, is greyed out while remaining "Active")

Howdy, Stranger!
