How to reduce the Stock which are in QC rejected with rejected Lock code setup in RF

Summary:

I have added rejected lock code in RF screen parameters and once LPN is rejected, it is in Received Status which is available in Rejected Lock code. I want to return this to Supplier and if Supplier has sent same qty again in next shipment for the same PO. How to perform this transaction so that This rejected LPN should be removed from IBLPN and corresponding IB shipment Shipped Qty should be reduced so that for the next shipment i can use this quantity.

I mean this rejected Qty should be reduced at IB Shipment, Shipped qty.

Please let me know the step to be followed this in WMS.
