Trying to Call FBDI to SYNC ITEM by Running "submitESSJobRequest" with opertion "ItemImportJobDef"

There are 7 argument to enter.

For Argument7, which should be "Process Sequentially" according to the front end GUI. Is a Y/N value argument.

But when calling from backend, it is seeking for a 15 digit value. See attached.

What should I pass in and is there any rule to follow?

Why is the value "Process Sequencially" an increment of "Argument7"? Aren't they the same thing?
