FCCS_REC OBFXCTA not carryforwarding Prior Net income closing balance as Opening balance

Hi All,

We have come across an issue where FCCS_REC OBFXCTA is not carry forwarding the prior period "Net income" closing balance as the current period opening balance. This behavior is reported only in test. In test, we are in the process of rebuilding the application with the new entity hierarchies and please note that test is different from prod in terms of entity hierarchies only. Please see below.

You can clearly see from the above, that November closing balance of the net income is not carry forwarding to Dec as OB through FCCS_REC OBFXCTA. Because of this balance sheet is out of balance from the same exact net income amount 118096209.
