Is it possible to prevent deleting the supplier contract?

Summary:

I found that the user can easily delete the draft supplier contract from the negotiation award. That makes it impossible for user to create another supplier contract because this negotiation was completed. So is there any way to prevent deleting the supplier contract in the Enterprise Contract module?
