Secure Header Feature in Third Party Service Connections / Backend

I'm developing an extension to Oracle Fusion Cloud Apps in VBS, and I'm attempting to create a service connection to third-party APIs. I've noticed that the option for Secure Headers is not available in the backend defintion for those service connections. Is this feature supported for extensions to Oracle Fusion Cloud Apps in VBS? I've observed that this feature is available for apps built in Visual Builder.
