How to solve this error i am trying to get data from Oracle standard API ?

Summary:

I did an extension that appear in a fusion page but it has Oracle standard API and when i allow unauthenticated users in VBCS it give me this error.

I am trying to call it from JavaScript but it didn't work so what to do now
