Court Orders - Report on field called 'Order Reference'

Hi all,

I'm hoping this is a quick and easy question.

I'm building a report to report on Court Orders and they've asked us to include the value from the field front end called 'Order Reference'.

I'm using the subject area: Payroll - Calculation Cards Real Time

And whilst I've been able to bring back all the other fields they've asked for, for some reason I cannot find this field within the subject area itself and wondered if anyone knew where it was and if its reportable from OTBI?
