what is the Relation between Withholding tax (AWT) with income tax (Non Rec)

Dear ,

I have custom bi report in there i can see WHT name for one invoice but now i want to add income tax name also but cant cant find the relation

I can see details in ap_invoice_lines_all table line type (etax) but cant find the join between ap_invoice_lines_all into ap_invoice_distribution_all to show wht tax name with income tax name, in below picture i need rate name and tax amount for invoice
