Gross weight getting override in case of nested packing unit

we are using custom application to do nested packing as nested packing is not supported in fusion .

Example Package unit A , Gross Weight 100 , Net weight 100

Package unit B , Gross Weight 100 , Net weight 100

Nested Packing unit C to pack unit A and unit B

We can see gross weight and net weight as 100 in the shipping screen for both Packing unit before ship confirm process. When we ship confirm the order , weights get override with weight defined for standard item in PIM .

Issue do not occur if do not use Nested Packing .
