Supplier Merge does not change the Supplier name on procurement contract

Summary:

When merging suppliers, the contract owned by the original supplier (which is getting merged into a new supplier ) does not get updated on active procurement contract. The expectation would be that when supplier is getting merged supplier on procurement contract should also be updated just like Purchase orders and Invoices,
