In some cases, Award letters are generated that include Funds that do not match with what's on the latest package. It appears that the STUDENT_AWARD_VW which is used by the delivered data model does not always contain the most recent package version. We also see that this is a known gap per the response from Oracle to the following post: https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/comment/873808
