Pick Release Rules pulled in by an Hour as a result of End of Day light Saving

Summary:

Picking window for a Pick Release Rule is Defined by us in "Manage Pick Wave Release Rules" by us. Manage Pick Wave Release Rules are defined in UTC and from, to schedule ship date in Create Pick Wave Release Rules are in PST.

Configuration for Start of Scheduled Ship Date is "Start within 1 day 7:00AM" and the "from Scheduled Ship Date" in Create Pick Wave Screen used to be considering order lines with Picking window from 12:00 AM of next working day.

With the end of Day Light Saving Time, the Scheduled Ship Date in Create Pick Wave Screen updated from 11:00PM of the same date instead of earlier window of 12:00AM of Next Day. Is there any solution that can able to handle these PST and UTC time changes between Manage Pick Wave Release Rules and Create Pick Wave Screens.
