How to restrict list of values of Document Type based on current employee's grade?
On the system, the following document types have been defined.
- Classified (OPE)
- Classified (TRNEE)
- Classified (G11 to G13)
- Classified (G14 to G15)
- Classified (G16 to DIR)
The data roles listed below give access these document records, and they will be assigned to HR Specialists according to legal entity and grades.
Example of roles for 1 legal entity and their accessible document types:
ECL HR Document Records - ECS - Sensitive OPE --> Classified (OPE)
ECL HR Document Records - ECS - Sensitive TRNEE --> Classified (TRNEE)
ECL HR Document Records - ECS - Sensitive G11-G13 --> Classified (G11 - G13)
