How to populate the discount percentage in the Order Management for the applied discount?

Summary:

When we create manual price adjustments on the Sales Order the discount message gives us the discount percentage. For Example:

But when the discount is applied from Discount List (can be a simple or discount rule) the message reads as:

Our requirement is to display the percentage when discounts are applied from discount list just as it is in the case of Manual Adjustment.
