Auditing of User Role changes in Oracle Cloud (FINANCE and SCM)

We are running the design phase of a complex ERP Cloudification focusing on Security requirements.

Currently in the On-prem E-BS platform the assignment/removal of a role is properly tracked and can be audited in terms of start/end date of assignment, fulfilling specific User audit requests. the Security and compliance requirement is to have corresponding capability that seems not possible in Oracle Cloud, where there is only the current assignment and there is no historical track of the previous User/role relationship.
