BIP RTF approval notifications add version description

I am attempting to edit the DM to include the version description for approval notifications using the new BIP/RTF approvals for contracts.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I am not seeing a good way to join the table that has the version number and version description (OKC_K_HEADERS_TL) to the contracts table (OKC_K_HEADERS_VL) I think I have to go through the table OKC_K_STATUS_HISTORY_B but I am not seeing the ID or contract_ID that ties to the other tables.
