How can I enable the preview of DOCX files using a file picker?

Content: I attempted to upload files using file pickers and display them in a table. However, when I attempted to preview the uploaded DOCX files using the preview action, they were not displayed as previews; instead, they were downloaded. Interestingly, I was able to successfully preview PDF files. The code I used for previewing is as follows.
