SQL that can be used to identify a privilege/role for a specific navigation/task

Is there any SQL that can be used to identify a privilege/role for a specific navigation/task.

I read on a forum where we can use a workaround to find it. It starts with creating a sandbox and go to that specific task and look at the properties and get the value and run a sql to find the speicific privilege.

If someone can share that steps, that would be helpful!
