how to trigger PCS workflow From oracle fusion

Summary:

when we submit the purchase requisition in oracle fusion(click on the submit button) then PCS needs to trigger and sent for the approvals.

however its needs to trigger Only for the T4 template project Type for the remaining T1,T2,.. standard approval hierarchy will take place only for Project Type is T4 then pcs need to trigger when submitting the purchase requisition.
