Unable to map custom dimension "Cost Centre" in projects module

Summary:

We are trying to reuse two custom dimensions "Cost Centre" and 'Business Area" as our custom dimension in Projects module. Understand that projects module offers to map or rename upto 3 custom dimensions. However when We try to map one of the dimensions , it says Dimension with "Cost Centre" already exists and cannot be reused as attribute dimension. However the dimensions "Custom 1", "Program", "Vendor" "Phases" are not attribute dimension. I am trying to map it to Custom 1 but it doesn't work and giving me the same error. Any suggestions? I was able to successfully use "Cost Centre"
