Where do we set Past Due Shipped Sales Order Buckets?

In Supply Plan Options --> Supply tab --> Forecast Allocation and Consumption tab --> Past Due Demands section, we have "Past Due Shipped Sales Order Buckets". This is greyed out since we have selected "Source for Including Past Due Demands" as "Supply network model". However, under Maintain Supply Network Model, we are unable to find "Past Due Shipped Sales Order Buckets" anywhere.
