How can we merge multiple OTBI report lines into one line

We are building one report which contains project wise team member details. As per the requirement, we should have one line in the report for each project displaying each team member in separate column.

However, when we add separate columns for team members, each of these team member is appearing in separate row.

Is there a feature in OTBI to merge the lines into one ex - Project 12397 has 3 lines in below screenshot, there should only be one.

Note - We have tried group by and LISTAGG function features, however it didnt work.
