Not able to import properties - You must provide a valid location for the property.

Summary:

Whenever I am importing my properties I am able to upload a few properties/lines but I always get this error for the last property/line " You must provide a valid location for the property." See example below.

I am following the example Lease Property Import Template and using the same rules/format so I am unsure what this reject is/means. Would appreciate any ideas or feedback. Thanks!
